7 Months Later Iwyze has not settled Car Finance

My Car was on the 31March 2013, Claim was logged on 01 April 2013 under Claim number:423714. Iwyze said payment has been made on 30 April into MFC. MFC has said they have not received any monies as yet 7 months later. I have spoken to several consultants and i shouldnt be the one calling MFC every week checking if they have received the monies. I still don't have a car and MFC has debited over R10000K up to date. I have been with other insurances like Outsurance, they might be expensive but their service is outstanding unlike Iwyze. I read complaints about Iwyze on helloper but u still gave it benefit of the doubt. I guess joke is on me.
