I had an accident on the 17th August 2013. I reported my claim on the 19th August 2013. i was promised that my claim will take 7 working days to be finalised. up to this time a month later my claim is not yet finalised. i have been promised everyday that i will get feedback. i have given them all the evidence that they needed. i believe that its their duty as the investigator to get all the infomation they want but in this case i am the one who is doing that for my claim to be processed.

I dont understand why their investigation has to be linked to my work, i had a meeting with my boss telling me that the insurance people wanted to know on that incident day was i at work or not? and this is reflecting bad on me at work.

tomorrow my bank will deduct the instalment of the car that i dont even have. i will like for my claim to be processed and refund my instalment for this month.

lastly i will not recommend anyone to take insurance with iwyze as they have bad client service. they will promise you everything when you join them and dont leave to their promise.
