On Monday 10 June '13 my husband was hijacked in front of our residence. The following morning I registered my claim with Iwyze. I am very disgusted at the poor service I received from iWyze so far. It took them 4 days before an assesor could come and see me and collect all the relevant documentation that goes along with the claim. Since 10 June, 23 days passed and my claim is still not settled. We left countless requests and emails for Rassie who is the assesor. When we do get feedback he advise that the claim is now with management and they awaiting a report from Vodacom. This whole incident put my entire life on hold. The courtesy car will expire soon, that will leave me without transport to get to my job. First the trauma of the hijacking and now this delay on the part of Iwyze HOW LONG WILL IWYZE STILL PUT ME THROUGH THIS AGONY.I need serious intervention.
