We have a bond with Absa, we enquired for a further loan on the bond. We were advised that we would qualify for 95% of the valuation amount. We went throught the whole administrative nightmare of faxing and getting all the information they require, taking up valuable time!

We applied for 80 000, our property was valued at 780 000 and if we got the 95% as promised we would have gotten the 80 000. But we were informed that we would only be granted 17 714, because they are only granting 85% of the valuation!! If this information was given to us at the beginning at the application we would not have gone through with it and wasted time and money on the application!!!

This is rediculous, and I will be claiming all the time and money spent on this application back from Absa!!!

Will be moving our business else where!!!
