It is with great pleasure and excitement to announce the high level of service that I receive from IWYZE Claims department specifically my now Nonzima Matladi who accepted my claim as a friend sister, and family member to make me fill and realise that IWYZE is not just an insurance for me it's a place i can rely on in times of needs.
I had a claim from 17th December 2012 claim number 342573.
Which was never handle in a manner that i is up to standard. I did numerous escalations to all the relevant people that the claim was assign to not wanting to name people but have failed to communicate with me, be transparent to me of what was happening.
To my frustration i even opt to cancel the insurance with IWYZE and get less premiums quotes from other competitors. But when I receive a call from Nonzima Matladi on the 12 April 2013 she personally took my frustrations to herself and made things possible for me in 4 working days with Constance communication to an extent I reverse my cancellation as i gain more trust to IWYZE and more confidence that I can relax and continue my relationship with IWYZE wholeheartedly knowing my car and belongings are in good hands.
