LISTING FOR ACCOUNT I DONT HAVE

I have been listed for an account that i dont know about, i requested my credit report from My Trans Union and the report came in with a listing from Standard Bank Credit Card that they says im still paying for which i dont know about they told me to find out from Standard Bank, i called Standard Bank they told me i dont have one with them and i've never owened one it must be My Trans Union fault. I went back to My Trans Union they told me to fax some documents which i did and they kept on saying re-fax because they got cut off i dont know how many times i've send them they still tell me the same story, they've even closed my complaint because apparently i did not submit all necessary documents but i have proof that i did fax them and they went thru.
