Settlement balance outstanding

I have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions requiring a settlement balance in writting and they have advised repeatedly that I have to wait 7-14 days, which I personally feel is not the way to conduct business as I am wanting to settle the account balance before month end and as I have the means to settle the balance at that point and time.
Should a client want to settle an account this should take priority as this is making their lives easier and is in most cases very urgent for the client, therefore being told to wait for a 2 weeks at the most, is absolutely ridiculous!

If they are able to provide me with the information telephonically, they should also be able to provide me with the written proof immediately if not in 24hours at the least!

Pholosa credit solutions need to concerntrate more on satisfying their clients, that's if they care at all!!!
