Good Day
I have requested a settlement letter from Pholosa Asset Management and they say that it will take between 7 and 14 working days. I urgently require this letter and everytime I contact the call centre, they say I must wait and they also cannot transfer me to a supervisor or manager. This is unacceptable as all other credit providers supplied me with the letter the same time I requested it. In the meantime while I wait for the letter I am going to charged additional interest and called ten times for payment. I want to settle this account before the end of Feb 2013.
I require someone senior to contact me urgently so that this process can be speeded up. After this account is settled, I will never deal with such a company ever again.
