Illed for services not rendered

In January i applied online for the smart device from FNB. The device was approved and they asked me to complete documents and return. In the interim i made a plan so did not send the documents through as i did not need the device. Now i have been charged courier fees and my account has been debited for the device which i still have not received. I first made contact with my branch about the issue of the debit about the 25th or 26th march and since then have made a few follow ups to please let me know whether the device will be delivered or the fee's will be credited. I'd like the device so would appreciate a call to organise the delivery of the device and was promised by the call centre a few times someone would respond. Again nothing... its almost 2 weeks later and i have not heard anything. FNB are now still charging me for a service not rendered. Maybe they are getting to big to appreciate their customers.
