Unfair / Rejected: Claims Assessment

I was hospitalized in January 05, 2013 at Waterfall Hospital (migraines that were as a result of strain - related to a personal matter) then transferred to Crescent Clinic as the time alloed in that ward is 3 days
for further assessments with psychiatric and physchologist -medical reports sent to Liberty as requested along with previous medical history from family doctors for the previous 9 years, since I started staying in Midrand.

Liberty then requested medical reports from my family Doctor which was also sent (I had to pay the DR myself). This is after the initial claim was lodged with Liberty in February already since todate.

I got feedback yesterday through my Financial Advisor that the policy was rejected due to the fact that: their findings are as follows:

- I am mentally ill
- have permanent emotional disorder.
and these are excluded. And I am not sure how a Snr Manager at a Bank can be mentally ill and leading teams and running very big projects with big budgets for a world organization? How am I mentally ill?
There is nothing on my reports that suggest that. I am NOT mentally ill and I am not permanently impaired due to emotional instability.
