Worst medical aid

In October 2012, my family and I changed over medical aids, after explaining what we wanted and making it crystal clear that we were planning another baby, he suggested we go onto the Bona Plus option. In February 2013 we found out that we were pregnant so I called care cross for an authorization no. For my gynea visit. I was furious to find out that specialists had to be from a network, this was not what we were told when we joined. Apparently liberty changed their benefits in January without making their clients aware, had I known this in January, I would have changed to another medical aid. I was already pregnant when I found out and was stuck with liberty. Our financial advisor was so useless and unhelpful, it's shocking. I've now got a dilemma where my doctor is not covered and care cross refuses to give me an authorization no for the hospital, I am livid, what's the point of having this medical aid. I've been hit around like a ping pong ball between care cross and liberty and no one can give me answers. I'm disgusted with liberty and I would not recommend them to anyone. My documents say one thing and the call center says something else. I really dont need all this stress.
