Refer to my original report dated 8 Jan 2013 at 16h38. After writing my original report i was contacted by Michael from the Keystone Head Office in Kynsna who clearly stated that they would fix the problem and that the said amount would be written off and that they would personally arrange for the clearance certificate with JR Bester and Associates in Port Elizabeth. However to my disgust i received a final notification letter once again seeking an outstanding balance!!! I have now had enough!
