I contacted you and sended a email saying that I am aware that according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, section 10 (1). A this debt is prescribed. I've asked unless you can proof otherwise not to contact me again. I haven't heard anything from you again.

On Friday I got a credit report from Checkers and for some reason this still reflect on my credit report as outstanding.

I have also checked my credit reports for a few years back. In 2010 it did not show on my credit report, then in 2011 it showed outstanding amount is R0. Now suddenly it shows outstanding. Please remove this from my credit report.
