Here I am once again, with FNB's lack of proper functioning systems, and hopefully, like previous occasions, they will finally respond to correct the problem once reading about it on hello peter. I have, since the launch of the new internet banking site, tried in vane to update my daily profile limits. It is usually set permanently to a small amount (for security reasons) but when I need to do my monthly account payments online, I cannot, no matter how hard I try, successfully update my limits. I have visited 2 different branches about 2 days apart, to try and correct this problem, yet it just does not seem to get fixed. When I try to up my limit, the web site requires my card and pin number, which I supply, only to have an error appear saying that the pin or card is incorrect. After going to the bank branch, acquiring a new pin (although nothing wrong with the old one) and again trying to update the limits, the same error persists. "Incorrect card or pin entered"

Please FNB, Tell me what I have done wrong, and what I should be doing, seeing that calling and visiting your branches does not solve problems.
