Wrong itc listing

I've applied 4 credit on incredible connections website last year and because I got terrible service from them I told them to cancel my application and delete all my info from their systems. Last night I saw on my credit report that I am 120 days in arrears with Maravedi credit card... Credit that I told them I didn't want. This is reflecting bad on my credit score and I want you people to remove it from my record asap. I've been trying to call their offices the whole morning but no 1 is able to help. You just get transferred from one person to the next. The one person I spoke with asked me how is this his problem... Very service
