INCORRECT REFLECTION ON ITC - TOTALLY FUMING!!!

I have access to my ITC report - on checking I noticed that my Old Mutual Investment Credit Card (A/c 5898460791611718) was still appearing on my credit record but this card was discontinued by Nedbank/Old Mutual mid-August 2013. I called the Call Centre on 4 October and spoke to Portia (my Ref MV0791611718) who told me it would be sorted out in 7 days!! Checked today which is 12 working days later and it is still there!! This is now giving an INCORRECT reflection of my credit as the limit on that card was transferred to my current Greenbacks Credit Card. I take offence to my credit record reflecting incorrect information as this could jeopardise me!! My current credit card (5898460834496051) is also reflecting incorrect as it has not been updated for 2 months and the instalment is reflecting totally INCORRECT!!! Please can this be sorted out as a matter of URGENCY!!! It is my financial credibility that is being jeopardised here. I hope to hear from someone VERY SOON as I am totally fuming!!
