Incorrect negative listing at credit bureaus

This is a extract of the email I've sent on numerous occasions to the aforementioned suppliers, With as yet no response... :
"I previously had a incredible connection card which i paid off about a
year or 2 ago and never used again.
no issues right?
I drew a credit report in march and saw it was still reflected on my
report as an active account with a zero balance- that's good.
this week i drew another report as i am trying to strengthen my credit
and saw that NOW my balance with maravedi pvt credit is R15 and
overdue by 5 month? this is now reflecting badly on my report.
Please reverse these charges and close this account immediately.
