Unfair Listing / Wrong credit info on Credit Berau

In 2005 i applied for Account with woolworths which i used it until 2008 when i statrted to have financial problems. I applied for debt review and woolworths was paid through my debt counsellor. In 20111 i cancelled my Debt review because it ws not working for me. Then woolworths handed me over to their Attorneys Easton Berry attorneys which i made arrangement to pay them monthly for their two accounts store card and visa credit card. In December 20111 they listed me on credit berau as Default: Bad debt wriiten off. I pleaded wth them to remove that listing as i have arrangement to pay them through their lawyers. In January 2013 i settled all my accounts with woolworths and i got paid up letters. To my suprise last week when i got my credit report from transunion woolworths stored card (6007850150483913) shown my account as Opend with Balance or R 900 And instalment of R120. In conclusion i would like woolworths to rectify the current status because my account is paid up and closed And also to remove the default listing as it was unfair.
