King Price Insurance

I was insured with king price insurance and was involved in an accident. I then claimed and they did pay my claim. The problem is that they took my car to be fixed in a panel beater called Hj Bosch and sons.
This panel beater took 2 months to fix the car and they did do a proper job cause the car is just not okay. I am not impressed on hoe they chose that panel beater because I would assume King price insurance is reputable company. Now my car not okay. what must I do
