On the 27th march 2013 i went into the branch to apply for a credit card. the lady who helped me was very friendly and also very helpful. i was told that i will wait about 7 working days, maybe more depending on the backlog at head office.
after three weeks of not hearing anything from them, i decided to phone the branch to find out what''s going on. eventually after several phone calls i was told they want the payslip of end of march. this i had sent through on tuesday. and again now i am not hearing anything from them. i phoned headoffice to find out what was going on, and i was told they are wating still for the payslip.
i honestly did not expect to get this poor service from a bank where i have been banking for the past 5 years!
very very poor customer service
