FNB debt order switching a nightmare

Opened an account with FNB in Oct 2013, sent through the debt order switching form on the 28th OCt 2013.
today (20/11.2013) i get told that they never received the request, however i have an email proof that they did receive it as when i sent through the form i got an automatic email stating "Thank you for contacting FNB Debit Order Switching"... so after excuses from there incompetent staff at the call centre there is still no explanation why my debt orders haven't been switched, almost a month later. why have a function off assisting NEW customers with switching debts orders amongst others things WHEN YOU DO NOT DELIVER???
Really poor service makes it worst of a situation, putting you on hold 3 times just to tell you "I don't know why"
frustration and disappointment when i first thought this would be a simple and easy process, clearly i was mistaken.
