Unbelievably Bad service

Someone at the Credit Card division linked someone else's Credit card to my Internet banking during December, I only picked it up in March. According to me my Credit card was paid off AND I paid in extra money to earn interest. Without me knowing I transferred my money into someone else's account, thus paying Interest and not earning anything. I'm still awaiting feedback on that query. Then I logged a secure message on 5/4/13 to increase my monthly IP limit, Guguletho phoned 8/4/13 and left a message that I should return her call on 0112819650. This number instructed I should call 0860101341, The operator who answered didn't know who Guguletho is, and transferred me to the Festival Mall branch where no one answered the call. It is not my responsibility as a customer to phone back and forth. Thus I am STILL waiting for someone to phone me regarding my secure message and to inform me when I will receive the refund on interest paid for the 3 months that my Credit card was paid off. This is the WORST service I've ever experienced in the 19 years I've been with Standard Bank. Maybe I should move to FNB as my friends and family suggests, as they receive exceptional service from them.
