I can't log into a closed account

I closed my Bluebean credit card months ago. Paid off, closed, cut up the card and sent the picture of the cut-up card to SB and they assured me it was closed. Today I receive an SMS: "Standard Bank Internet Banking: we see your last logo was 6 months ago. If you are having difficulty using the service call 0860 123 000 for assistance". The message ended in the last four digits of the credit card number of the closed account.

Really Standard Bank, just type in my ID number and look at all the accounts I have with you, business and personal. If you don't know what accounts I've closed, how can I trust you with the ones that are still open? Read my reports regarding SB over the last six months and ask yourselves if you would be satisfied with that level of incompetence? (Oh, and in other news, thanks for FINALLY adjusting the company's overdraft three weeks after you said you would - after TWO reminders by secure message - and I won't even bother boring readers with the saga of your incompetent vehicle finance last month. Fortunately Wesbank was happy to provide the service you couldn't.)
