Bad Service has made me change banks!

I work abroad on a six week on / off rotation, and I'm in the process of trying to apply for a bond. This is the last straw, because the bad service started with the forex division, then trying to reclaim my money from the credit loan division, and now the home loan section of FNB. None of your call center agents can give a direct answer as to why FNB has given me only a 50% bond, after being a loyal customer for over six years, and earning money in a foreign currency allowing me to pay this house off much earlier than the time given. I get stupid reasons that frustrate me regarding this, i.e. The area determined the low bond approval, the evaluator has the last say and that is that. All I want is honest answers that portray just the slightest competence! What is this country coming to? Why can't we have personal bankers assigned to the clients that pay your salaries instead of having to earn x in order to qualify for this?
