This is not the first time I raised these issues, let me see if anything happens this time:

Month after month I am charged a cash fee on my credit card despite not withdrawing cash on my credit card. I want someone at standard bank to look at my statement and tell me why they are charging a cash finance fee. I sent an ib secure message, but i have had no response. I went into the bank - they told me to phone the card division. I did so, they agreed with me, but no action!!

secondly, i set up an APO on my credit card so that I would NEVER incur credit charges on my credit card as I have sufficient funds in my savings account to repay credit payments. A 'not so helpful' sales consultant offered me more credit in 2012, which I accepted. In doing so, they adjusted the date on which my repayment occurs resulting in me lapsing the 55 interest fee period DESPITE having sufficient funds in my savings account to settle the credit amount. Standard Bank did NOT have my permission to adjust the date, and I want a refund for the interest that they incorrectly charged me.

Terrible service.
