Incredibly Time-consuming and Laborious Process

In March 2013 I made the mistake of commencing an online application for a business account from FNB. What a disaster! There seems to be a few steps in the process, and unfortunately follow-up at every step is at best very long in coming and at worst non-existent. At no stage in the process did I see progress without having to chase up on them. Add to that a lack of being informed as to what exactly the requirements are with the consultants you deal with, and you have a recipe for disaster! Suffice it to say that it took me 4 weeks to open an account!! Keepoing in mind that the total waiting time on their side for the required info from me amounted to no more than 2 days maximum. This is tragic!

Oh, and by the way, I still don't have a functioning account as I now seem unable to register for online banking!
