Online accounts opening process a disaster!

I applied online to open a business account with FNB. Thinking them advanced and progressive I had high expectations for a quick and painless process. 3 weeks later I have had to visit a branch 3 times, resign all documents which got lost between the courier collecting them and getting back to FNB, and go back to the police station to re-certify all the misplaced documents. As of yet I still don't have a company credit card. Not to mention that the lost documents are certified personal and business identification and registration documents and could be used for all manner of illicit dealings. I would have changed to another bank had I not already communicated my account details with suppliers. This is my first experience of FNB and it could not have been a worse start.
