PAYPAL account dormant - re-registe

Yesterday i spent over 30min on the phone with FNB online/FNB Paypal, who neither one them seem to understand how they system works and are incompetent. I do not bank at FNB but have a paypay account setup and verified sometime back. the account was not used for some time and i was advised by the consultant that it is now dormant and cannot be used. who advised me to that i have to re-register??! so completing the registration process i get the message for "an application in progress..." you cannot continue! i call back and after being transferred several times i speak to a Kavelo Ref: 781667535 you deletes the FNB online account linked to my name and advised all should be fine... just RE-register again! and it still comes up with the error above!
(the above was posted on the FNB Facebook page and a response was that they will contact me).. im still waiting

So just now i call FNB online again and spoke to a Lucian he advised that i need to wait a few days to register!! now there is no other way to register! so the money i have in my paypal account cannot be withdrawn when FNB decides to update their systems - so my family must go without this Christmas!
