Investec cost me R11, 000!!!

Hi there,

I am extremely unhappy about my personal banker, as I am a private banking client at Investec, I took out a loan on my house that I purchased recently (transfer to be 1 June 2013) and the bond registration and transferring of the property were to be handled by my Fianc? 's lawyers firm (as employees, they get these services for free), but then my personal banker told me that this is not possible at all, that her firm cannot handle both of these transactions, she also called my Fianc? and got angry and frustrated with her (this was against my knowing or permission, as the loan is in my name and she only signs security).

Now, about 3 weeks later, the exact same banker went to a friend of my Fianc? (working at the same lawyers firm) and told her that if she moves to Investec and took out an Investec loan on her house that she is currently purchasing, then her firm (the same firm that I wanted to do both of our documents) can handle the registration of bond and transfer of property...

This is the same banker that told us we can't do this, thus costing me R11, 000. This makes me very unhappy, as she didn't look after my needs, but offer it to others...

VERY unhappy!!
