I sent through an email on the 03rd of July requesting for a settlement letter and received a response that the query has been forwarded to the relevant Department. I called on the 05th of July as I have not heard from Standard bank and was informed by the customer service agent that i will receive the letter in 48hrs. I have yet to hear from Standard Bank. I need this settlement letter urgently.
