My fone was collected at the beginning of Feb, hoping that it will return within a week or so for repairs.
I have been waiting for almost 2 months with NO PHONE, NO RESPONSE.
when I enquire at the call centre, everybody keeps on saying its in repairs and they will get back to me, with no response, eventually I got an email from an agent saying its under investigating and will get back to on Monday (15.04.2013) still no response. I just tried called now and the agent at the call centre says he does not know what
Is happening as he cannot open is system.
I just dropped the call as I was after I was holding for so long, then he tells me his system is Kaput!
