Outsurance

My car was in an accident on the 24 December 2012 and Outsurance took it in for repairs no one from outsurance or the panelbeater communicates with me. I have to call them to get an update. I dont know what is going on its almost 4 months now. II dont have a car and Im still apying my debits please assist
