Poooooor SERVICE - SLOW REPONSE - incorrect

Good day Actuarial Services
17th April, My question to Liberty was: "Kindly show me ur calculation which comes to this answer."
On all the attached documents, as per the Liberty's website, the % displayed is % rate of return per annum.
This figure has dropped from 14.6% 26/03 to 13.46% 02/04 to 11.32% to yesterday's 10.88% 16/04.
I want to know how you come to all these figures.

This policy is invested in the Allan Gray Equity portfolio. The total premiums received from inception to date is R 90 000.00, the investment value at 16/04/2013 is R 102 667.23 and this relates to an average growth rate of 10.88%.
