Consultant not co-operative enough

My name is luleka lucia mgezengana i have a policy with santam. i was involved in an accident on the 11 march 2013 and i reported the matter to santam. when i phoned them i was told my case has been allocated to Flora and i have been trying to get hold of her but every.time am told that she is busy. my claim number is 00079881.my policy number is 1332824. i have already taken the car to a vw approved pannelbeater and they have submitted a quotation to the in surer but the insurer is not responding or they are being unprofessional by not returning my calls. i would like the manager to look into this matter because now we are drawing close to a month now and i dont have a car to commute to work. i hope i would really get someone who would help me wit my claim. tanx a lot for your response in the matter above but wish to state that i cannot afford to babysit the consultant responsible for my claim.he promised to arrange an extension on my courtesy car but has failed to meet the deadline which is 17 april 2013.so if he values my policy with the company i dont think he would be behaving the way he does.i would like him to contact the the courtesy car people and arrange for me.
