Need help

My name is luleka lucia mgezengana i have a policy with santam. i was involved in an accident on the 11 march 2013 and i reported the matter to santam. when i phoned them i was told my case has been allocated to Flora and i have been trying to get hold of her but every.time am told that she is busy. my claim number is 00079881.my policy number is 1332824. i have already taken the car to a vw approved pannelbeater and they have submitted a quotation to the in surer but the insurer is not responding or they are being unprofessional by not returning my calls. i would like the manager to look into this matter because now we are drawing close to a month now and i dont have a car to commute to work. i hope i would really get someone who would help me wit my claim.
