Service... Sorry... What Service?

I just want to report this and hope that anyone even thinking of applying for FNB insurance please please stay away... You cant get through... ever... the call me back option on the website is useless cause no one phones you back... it has taken me 3 weeks to find out if my claim has been registered and to this day i still have no feedback... I eventually got through to them only when i phoned fnb to stop the debit order then only got transferred through to sibongile vundisa who is (NOT) handeling my claim. I was promised to be phoned back before 14h00 after sending through my Claim forms again and am still waiting for this call...
i have email [Email Removed] several times with complaints and still no one can even phone me even if it just to appologise but nope... nothing...
Do not get fnb insurance and if you did cancel it straight away otherwise you will be sorry and for those who has received great service from them... hard to believe but you are very lucky and good for you... I am even considering moving to another bank even...
