Loan account I never opened

On the 28/11/2013 I received an sms from MBD attorneys that my account from nedbank has been handed over to them for collection of an amount of R 6019.07.I got shocked because I don't bank with Nedbank and I never took a loan with them. I called MBD to find out whats happening and I explained to them that I don't know of such account and they told me to call nedbank and find out whats happening. I called the helpline there and they transferred me to the loan department, the loan department transferred me to the legal department they told me there is nothing they can do the account has been handed over to the lawyers for collection so there is nothing they can do but I told them that I don't know the loan account they are telling me about, can they please fax me a copy of the loan agreement and the amount of the loan and the account they deposited the amount to but they told me they can give me such info.
On the 30/11/2013 I went to my local branch to try get some answers, they could not print the details for me but told me the account was opened in ANOTHER BRANCH IN JOHANNESBURG AND i HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE I need help in this matter my name is at stake. REF
