Account handed ove

I took a loan in August 2013 and paid for a month and i lost my job and i informed atlas finance about it and i was told that if 5months pass without payment i will be handed over and i recently received a job and i phoned atlas to debit the money and to give them new banking details but i was shocked to find that i was handed over and i thought i had time to resolve this loan and and today i checked my itc report on transunion, compuscan and experian and i find that they have indeed handed me over so i laid a complain with OMBUSDMAN and all relevant institutes, and if this account is not cleared on the itc i will not pay this account because i know that if i dont pay it for 3yrs it will automatically be removed and i am very prepared to go through with this if this not sorted RIGHT NOW.
