Wrongly allocated Smart Loan and Handed ove

My name is Ayanda Gumede and I hold a FNB Platinum Bank account. 2 weeks ago I was told I owed FNB R15300 smart loan which i did not apply for. I called the bank and laid a complaint and I was told it was a mistake and this will be removed from my name in 3 days a week later this account was still sitting in my profile and I complained again. I was told this was and i had to go and do an affidavit and submit it as well as my bank statement. For my bank to ask me for my bank statement was unproffessional. How can they not track my transactions? A day later i got an sms that i was handed over to DMC and given a ref number to quote and a number to call. I called the number and i was told i am not paying and i am handed offer as a slow payer. i told the consultant what the problem was. 2 days later i was called again and asked to pay. FNB is really unprofessional and i am now at a stage where i want to file a law suit against them and move my account. I have never been so badly handled especially by a bank that has so much technology and supposedly good service.
my name has been slandered and i am put on ITC as a bad payer. I can't even get a home loan.
