Not responding and not supplying of information

On 08 Feb 2013 I've requested a statement and the outstanding balances of what I still owe the companies. This request was done via e-mail after several telephonic requests completely failed. I did got a respond on 11 Feb 2013 but it was only the statement. No information on how much I still owe.
In this response a monthly statement was promised. up to now I haven't received another statement or anything indicating the outstanding balances.
Again on 25 March 2013 have I requested a statement and the outstanding balances. No response yet.
With this complaint via HelloPeter I better get ALL the information I want. If you leave one thing out, my next step will be an official complaint at the Ombudsman.
I'm expecting a positive response not later than Thursday 18 April 2013 at 12pm.
