I enquired about Travel Insurance from SAA Voyager: Sibongile is totally unreliable with a bad attitude as well as passing the buck. When I asked her to repeat the email address, she gave me a totally wrong email address which proves that she had NO intention of sending me the email that I need to apply for travel insurance. When I asked her her surname she said it was Zulu. I don't believe her! I asked to speak to her superior and she said she is not available and in a meeting. She didn't want to give me the name of her superior. Do something about this incompetent worker!! I still haven't received any emails.
