I applied for a loan on 12/01/2013 at the Primrose branch where the lady was very helpful. I was informed that they need to create the company the company of employment which can only be done on the Monday.

I signed the contract on Monday 14/01/2013, and the document to create company on the system, after which the loan will pay out. After numerous calls to follow up nobody can give me a proper answer. This is not my first time dealing with African Bank and I have to say I am utterly disgusted with the service this time round.

I would really appreciate it if we can resolve this issue ASAP.
