Still waiting for Loan Approval

I went to your Randburg branch on the 2nd of March 2013 to apply for a loan. I qualified for the amount of R21500 and a credit card. The credit card was given to me by the consultant and activated in the branch. I was told i will receive an sms to use my credit card within 48 hours but until today nothing. I called Randburg branch on the 6th of March to follow up and Sibongile said she is still waiting for African Bank to create the company. Now i wonder how long does it take to create a company into a database. Beside when i came for a loan application is because i really needed the money. But what is the use of waiting for a week before being told the outcome. Can someone please assist me.
