African Bank
Not paying loan in time because headoffice

I am a loyal customer of african bank on monday 4 days back i took a loan and they say its aproved and will be paid out in 48 hours up to date i am stuggeling i phoned the bank the lady that answered said every thing is fine did not even ask who is speeking.
The manager at the branch told me she waitinng for head office (subcroup to create something on the system)
Think is the worst service i experience from the bank so far can some one help with this problem for me its not exeptable
Have mailed and complain on their webside steps to be taken also no joy
