Bank do not repay money

I went to an ATM to withdraw money on the 18/03/2013. I did not get any money from the ATM but got a slip stating that the transaction was unsuccesfull but will be corrected automatically. I waited for a few days and then to my local bank on the 27th to report this. I was assisted by the personal banker and promised to be payed back within 2 days. A week went by and I went to the same guy again at the bank. He then logged a complaintwith nr.2291277. On the 11th April I phoned the ABSA compliment/complaint line to follow up myself but was put on hold for more than 5 minutes and I hang up. On the 13th I mailed Stefan the personal banker at Lephalale reporting that I am still waiting to be refunded. I have not heard a word form him up to today. On Monday the 15th I phoned the compliment/complaint line again and was told to phone 011-3507681 and ask for Joseph who was appointed to handle my complaint. A lady called Kea however assisted me by telling me that the case was closed and that I must go back to Stefan at Lephalale as they must do the refund. It think this is very unexceptable that I have to wait almost a month for the bank to refund me and must spent hours trying to get help.
