ABSA line not very helpfull

It was on the 1st of May when the first sms came through where some one bought something on my cheque account. It was a POS transaction linked to my new cheque card which i received 2 days before and never used so clearly this was an inside job.
I stopped the card and the transaction did not clear until a week after, I then had to go to the bank (8th May) and report this matter where they were very helpful. I had to go to the police station and open a case and send ABSA the case no which I did.
After this process about 3 days after I received an sms from Absa saying that they are processing my case and the money will be paid back to me with in 30 days.
Earlier this week already 60 days later I phoned the line 0113504000 to follow up on the case, they said I had to speak to Ntuli at a different division and gave me her no 011 354 4801. I phoned the no answer. I tried again the next day and a lady answered - I cant remember her name- and she said that she would sort it out for me by the next day!
Well still nothing, now if I try and phone the no there is no answer no matter what time of the day!
My bank charges is high but no service!!!
