Personal Banking is only a joke!!!

Some time ago I was contacted by Standard Bank who informed me that I qualify for upgrading to Platinum status and during the interview the consultant explained to me how great this was - with a personal banker, etc. I'm dealing with SB for the past 45 years

My Garage card expired last month. Usually through the years I was informed in advance and my new card forwarded to me in time. On Wednesday 2013-04-03 I tried to contact the Nelspruit branch to enquire about this, just to find out that all that promises lead to nothing - it's just, as several times before impossible to speak to MY PERSONAL BANKER. (Not available, does not respond on requests to phone back, etc.)

I Phoned SB Client Service (2013-04-03) and was referred to several persons and at last speak to a lady that also took down my complaint and promised to respond to my problem. I was ask to hold the line but after about 10 Minutes I put down the phone as it cost me money. Nobody phoned me back to reply.

2013-04-09 I phoned Customer services again - Stacy (10:27), Waleed (10:36). At 11:26 I phoned again - Rafeed promised to respond. Needless to say 2 weeks later still no response (Only SMS reference #)
