Attery claim

I was in the unfortunate position to have my battery die late afternoon friday last year december.

after consulting renault sa they sent through an AA vehicle. after jump starting my car it was unable to start on its own, battery was dead / faulty.

i needed to get home and as the dealerships were already closed the AA recommend i pay for my battery (as car was just over 1 years old and not warranty covered) and recover the cost of the battery R1050.00 from Renaults maintenance plan. as maintenance plan covers batteries.

after a lot of forward and backwards emails, i was told by Renault SA i must claim from liquid caital.

the incident happened in december last year and we are now in april. im still waiting for liquid caputal to get back to me after i emailed and spoke to a consultant last week.
