MAINTENANCE PLAN - LIQUID CAPITAL BACKTRACKS

I have a Renault Scenic which purchased on 31/01/2008 together with a 60, 000km or 60 months maintenance plan from Liquid Capital (previously AMH Financial Services).

The car currently has 32, 500km on the clock (i.e. after 59 months). Service requirements was every 15, 000km or annually - which ever comes first. In my case, I have dilligently taken it for its annual service, as mileage was far below 15000km p.a. On Friday 18 Jan 2013 I took it to Bfn Multi Franchise for its final annual service under the maintenance plan, being within the 60 month period. Bfn MF informed me shortly after submission that Liquid Capital (LC) doesn't want to pay for this service, as they regard each previous service (4 in total) as a 15000km service interval i.e. it has had 4 x 15000km serices = 60000km service, hence the maintenance plan had been fully used (LOL!!). The maintenance plan however clearly states 60000km OR 60 months, therefore they are still liable. I have now made 2 attempts via LC's online service to enquire why they attempted to backtrack, and NO REPLY. I also phoned their customer service line 0861114384 and an operator took my details, but no one phones back. Why all of this LC?
