US BATTERY 130Ah Deep Cycle

The battery I bought, died on me just past it's 12 month guarantee. I wrote to US Battery in America and through Deltec South Africa, the battery was tested and found that it could not be repaired. The problem was that the battery was sold to me as a maintenance free battery and I have discovered to late that it is not maintenance free. As far as I could see, all the dealers sell the battery as maintenance free.US Battery and Deltec South Africa were very kind to me and because of the misinformation, decided to replace the battery. I would just like to thank them for some excellent service. I can tell you, I was one heel of a relieved man. JUST A WARNING TO ALL THE 4 x 4 PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO DOES HAVE THESE BATTERIES, THEY HAVE TO BE MAINTAINED AND ARE NOT MAINTENANCE FREE.
